We offer a flat $5 shipping rate for orders shipped within the United States, subject to the shipping options and eligibility shown at checkout. We typically ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Same-day dispatch
We aim to dispatch eligible orders on the same business day. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and may depend on when the order is placed, payment confirmation, stock availability, weekends, holidays, and operational conditions. Orders that cannot be dispatched the same day will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.

Our advertised 2–3 business-day delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery time generally refers to transit after USPS accepts the shipment, not the time between placing an order and receiving it. USPS delays, weather, holidays, routing issues, and other events beyond our control may extend delivery time.

Where tracking is available, it may take time to update after a shipping label is created. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us through the website with your order number so we can review the issue and assist with next steps.
